Hotei Figurine Set of 6, 4 Inches Tall

This set holds six cast resin Hotei figurines, each about 4 inches tall, in a red display box. In the photos they are gold in color and posed differently, some seated and some standing, each with the round belly and broad smile the figure is known for. The listing describes a wood-grain finish, but the photos show a polished gold, so the finish may vary.

Hotei, called Budai in Chinese tradition, is the cheerful monk often called the Laughing Buddha, and his figure is common in Chinese and Southeast Asian homes and shops. A small group like this fits on a shelf, a desk or a windowsill.

It is one of Naree's picks on Uniquely Thai Lao TV.
