Bronze Deer Head Door Knocker with Ring and Sunburst Plate, 3.5 x 3.5 x 6 Inches

This handcrafted bronze door knocker shows a deer head with a pair of branching antlers, set against a round plate with pointed, sunburst-style edges. A metal ring hangs below the head. The metal has a dark, aged bronze tone, and the whole piece measures about 3.5 by 3.5 inches and 6 inches long.

Cast and carved metal door hardware is a long-running craft in Southeast Asia, and a deer is a graceful, familiar animal in the forests of Thailand and Laos. It suits a wooden gate or an entry door, or can hang on an interior wall as decoration. Wipe it with a dry cloth, and mount it with strong screws.

Naree selected it for Uniquely Thai Lao TV.
