Carved Wood Deer Head Wall Hanging, Six-Point Buck, 14 Inches

This wall hanging is a six-point buck carved from solid wood and measures about 14 inches. The head has a warm orange face with darker eyes and ear tips, and black antlers with gold-tipped points sit above it. The listing says it was carved by hand in northern Thailand.

Thailand's northern provinces are known for wood carving, and animal heads are among the pieces made there. It is a lighter, brighter alternative to a mounted head for a cabin, a den or a child's room. The listing does not describe how it hangs, so check the back before you choose a nail or hook. Dust the antlers with a soft brush.
