Carved Wood Swan, 13 by 12 Inches

A carved wooden bird, measuring 13 by 12 inches. The neck is long and rises from a smooth body. The beak is short. One eye is a small red dot. No feathers are cut into the wood. The stain is dark brown and worn in places, with a green cast in the grain.

The title calls it a swan. The old line calls it a duck. The neck in the photograph is the swan. The page does not say which measurement is the length and which is the height. Smooth animal carvings in dark wood are a common market piece in Indonesia. This listing does not name an island.

One carving. Dust it. Do not soak the wood.
