Carved Teak Slab with Two Running Horses, Live Edge, 39 x 16 Inches

This wall carving is cut from a slab of teak and measures 39 x 16 inches. Two horses race side by side, carved in dark openwork through the middle of a golden teak plank whose edges are left rough and natural. The warm yellow tone of the wood makes the dark horses stand out clearly.

Carved teak slabs are made by skilled workshops in Thailand, and horses are a lively subject that hangs well above a door, a sofa or a bed. Fix it to the wall with strong hardware since the slab is heavy. Dust with a soft brush, and each piece differs slightly from the photo.
