Concrete Head, 12 by 8 Inches

A cast head, listed at 12 inches tall and 8 inches wide. The title lists the material as concrete. The color is gray, and the surface is pitted, with pale patches on the cheek and the crown. The eyes are lowered. A carved band runs across the hair. The shoulders do not match. One side ends in a rough edge.

The old line calls this Buddha’s goddess of love. The photograph is a head. It does not show a Buddha, and it does not show an object that would name the figure. The listing is in the Indonesian stock. It does not name an island.

One bust. Dust it. Do not scrub the pitted face.
