Face of Buddha Wall Decor, White and Gold, Looking Right, 5 x 7 Inches

This small plaque shows the face of the Buddha looking to the right and measures 5 inches by 7 inches. The photos show a white, crackled surface with a pale ivory tone, narrow downcast eyes and a crown of gold curls across the top. The listing does not name the material.

The Buddha's face, with lowered lids and tight curls of hair, is among the most familiar images in Thai and Lao art. A plaque this size will hang on a wall, lean against a shelf or sit on a desk. Display it respectfully, higher than waist level, as is customary in Thai homes.
