Flower Pot Pencil and Pen Holder with Carved Animals

This desk holder is shaped like a blue flower pot with painted blooms and carved animal figures sticking up at the back. The pot has pink and green trim along the bottom, and the pencils and pens sit inside it. The listing does not give measurements or materials, so we are describing what the photo shows.

Brightly painted animals and flowers are a recurring theme in the small crafts made for the tourist and gift markets of Southeast Asia, where artisans work in wood and paint to produce one-of-a-kind desk pieces. It could sit on a child's desk, a home office or a shop counter.
