Carved Driftwood Giraffe Head and Neck, 12 Inches Tall

This giraffe stands about 12 inches tall. Only the head and long neck are carved, and they rise from a rough, branching base of driftwood that keeps the shape of the root. The wood is a pale natural tan with a weathered grain, and no two pieces will look exactly alike.

The listing says it comes from Indonesia, where carvers shape reclaimed driftwood into animals and leave much of the wood in its natural state. It makes a simple shelf or desk accent and sits well among plants or on a bookcase. Dust it with a dry brush and keep it indoors.

Naree picked it for Uniquely Thai Lao TV for the way the base was left raw.
