A size 6 ring with a large oval yellow stone. The stone is cubic zirconia, held by four prongs. On each side, the band splits into two rails, each set with a row of small clear stones. Naree selected it in Thailand.
The gold color is a dip, not a solid karat. Take the ring off before you wash, and wipe it with a soft cloth.
