Large Thai Triangle Pillow and Mat Cover, Purple and White, No Filler

This large Thai triangle pillow comes with a three-fold mat attached, and the cover is made in plain purple and white bands with a cotton exterior. It is listed at 3 x 32 x 74 inches. This is the fabric cover only, with no filler inside. You add the filling yourself and sew the closing stitch, so if you want a pillow that is ready to use, choose a listing marked kapok fill.

In Thailand the triangle backrest is called mon khwan, the axe pillow, and with a fold-out mat it becomes a floor seat, a reading corner or a place to stretch out. Families fill them with kapok, and buckwheat hulls are another option. The large size gives a roomy lounging area for a living room or a guest space.
