Carved Tan Dog Sitting with Black Ears, 4 Inches Tall

This small dog is carved from wood and painted a warm tan with black ears, black spots on the chest and legs, round dark eyes and drawn whiskers. It sits upright with its paws together and stands 4 inches tall. The finish has a slight crackle that gives it a vintage look.

Thai village carvers produce little dogs like this as inexpensive gifts, and each one is painted by hand, so the spots and face will not match the photo exactly. It fits on a desk, a shelf or a windowsill. Dust it with a soft cloth and keep it out of damp places.
