Rectangle Ceramic Incense Holder

A small square 6" x 6" ceramic dish from Indonesia, for a stick of incense. The rim is a soft cream. Amber glaze is combed into ridges along each side. The center well is darker, brown with a little blue-green, and a short cone in the middle has a hole for the stick. Ash stays in that well.

Set the dish on a surface that can take heat. Let the stick finish, then wipe the dish once it is cool. Do not leave a burning stick unattended.
