A pair of 925 sterling silver earrings for pierced ears. Each side hangs from a French hook and carries three hammered discs. The metal is sterling silver—not a silver-tone coating. Wire is in the slim everyday range (about 2 mm if you are matching other hooks in the shop).

Hammered discs scatter light instead of sitting as flat mirrors. Three drops give movement without a long chandelier that catches on a collar. Compared with plated disc earrings, sterling can be brought back with a cloth when it dulls.

Wipe after wear. Keep away from bleach, pool water, and perfume. Store the hooks so the discs do not kink the wire.
