Teak Towel Bar, 18 Inches

A towel bar in teak, 18 inches as listed. The rail is a straight round rod. Each end is turned: a few rings, a bulb, then a short point. A round post sits under each end to hold the bar off the wall. The wood in the photo is bare, honey-colored, with the grain showing. It is not painted.

Teak is the oily timber long used in Thailand for doors, boats, and bath wood, because water beads on it more than on many other woods. This page does not say who turned the bar, or whether the 18 inches includes those pointed ends. Screws are not visible in the photo, so check the package before you drill.

Wipe water off after a shower. Do not leave the bar soaking.
