Size and form
The oval market style shown here is about 11 inches by 13 inches, with the handle rising to roughly 15 inches. Other shapes vary; use the options on this page to choose the silhouette and color you want.
Thai village weavers have long made open totes for wet markets, temple offerings, and household errands. The same skills—tight coils, wrapped rims, sturdy swing handles—still show in every basket we stock. Color is a dyed or painted finish on natural fiber, not a metal coating.
Everyday use
Carry produce, towels, or picnic gear. Park it by the door for keys and mail. Fill it with fruit on a counter or folded throws beside a chair.
