A Thai long drum, a klong yao (กลองยาว). The body is turned wood, stained a dark red-brown, narrow through the middle and wider at the foot. One head sits on top. It looks like hide. The page does not name the animal. A pleated cloth skirt hangs over the top of the body, and a strap is tied near the foot. In the photos, the skirt is red, yellow, green, or pink. That color is not a menu choice.
This is not a djembe. A klong yao is carried on its strap and struck with the hands, often in a procession or with the long-drum dance. No beater is in the pictures.
You are buying one drum. The size you pick is the size that ships.
