Medium Thai Triangle Pillow and Mat Cover, Red and Pea Green Elephant Pattern, No Filler

This medium Thai triangle pillow cover has three folding pads in red and pea green, and a cream band of small elephants runs across the green sections. The listing gives it as about 20 by 63 inches. This is the fabric cover only, with no filler inside. You add the filling yourself and sew the closing stitch, so if you want a pillow that is ready to use, choose a listing marked kapok fill.

The elephant band and the classic red and green coloring make this a very Thai-looking cushion. Set the filled mon khwan against a wall as a backrest and unfold the pads into a low seat or a short mat, then fold everything back up to put it away. Kapok gives the traditional soft-firm feel, and buckwheat hulls work too.
