Two Elephant Wood Coat Hanger, 18 Inches Long

Two orange elephants face each other on this wooden coat hanger, with their trunks curling together to make a heart in the center. The piece is listed at 18 inches long and mounted on a black rail. The listing does not state the number of hooks or the thickness, so please judge them from the photo.

The elephant is the national animal of Thailand, and carved elephants appear on temple doors, furniture and souvenirs. A hanger like this fits a hall, a child's room or a mudroom. Wood grain and carving details differ from one piece to the next.

It is among Naree's picks on Uniquely Thai Lao TV.
