Water Offering Chalice Gold Finish 8" Tall

They are used in water blessing ceremonies in Buddhist belief. In Thailand and Laos, Buddhist cultures they are regularly used. This item is plastic with a Golden finish. 8" Tall. 

This ceremony is when many Thais visit local temples to give alms to monks and spring-clean their homes in preparation for the new year. Songkran started as a Buddhist tradition, with blessings of scented water poured over monks and then collected and poured over friends and family to symbolize humility and purification.
