Wooden Fox Puppet with Jointed Limbs, 12 Inches

This wooden fox is painted orange with a cream chest and belly, black ear tips and white whiskers. It is listed at 3 inches wide, 3 inches deep and 12 inches tall. The arms and legs are separate pieces joined so they move, and in the photo the fox sits with its legs hanging down.

Jointed wooden animals are a classic Thai craft, made in many shapes from foxes to turtles to elephants. The listing does not say how it is strung, so check the photo for the look you want. It suits a child's shelf, a desk or a window ledge. Wipe the paint with a dry cloth.

It is one of Naree's small gifts on Uniquely Thai Lao TV.
