2. What if my order needs to be corrected? If you received the wrong item and Uniquely Thai determines it is no fault of the customers (sorry, we are not perfect), Uniquely Thai will do everything possible to correct the order and meet your needs.
3. What service do you use to ship your products? We ship all products via UPS. We do not mark up any shipping and do not usually charge a handling fee.
4. How long will it take to receive my order once it ships? UPS Ground shipments take 1-5 days in the U.S., depending on your location.
5. Once I order, how long before you ship? Orders usually ship within one business day but will always ship within five days. If you have provided us with an e-mail address for your order, a UPS tracking notice will be sent to you, or you can call or e-mail us for the tracking information.
6. Where are your products located? Our Showroom and warehouse are located in Oxnard, CA.
7. Do you have a Store? Yes, we have a showroom in Oxnard, CA, located at 351 E. Wooley Rd. 93030. We are open most days from 10 am to 5 pm. We recommend calling if you are coming from out of town because we do events and may close the showroom.
8. Do you ship to Canada? After placing your order, you will be contacted with additional information. Sometimes, the shipping rates are higher than those shown on the order. All customs fees and clearance will be the responsibility of the recipient.
9. Do you ship internationally other than Canada? Not normally. Shipping costs have proven to exceed the product costs.
10. Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii? You will be contacted with additional information after placing your order. Sometimes, the shipping rates will be higher than those shown on the order.
