Shipping policy

We aim to ship from our Oxnard, California, warehouse within 48 hours. Most ship sooner. If there is an issue with the order, you will receive an email or call within that time to address the issue. 

If you choose to return the item because it is no longer needed or did not meet your expectations, there may be a shipping charge. This is at Uniquely Thai Management's sole discretion. See refund policy.
